Eclipse Season Is a Course Correction, Not a Crisis
First of all, Eclipse season: February 17th, 2026 - March 3rd, 2026 (though you will feel Eclipse Lite on either end of these dates. These are “shadow periods”.
Listen I know to the Woowoo Newb eclipse season might feel scary, especially with all of the social media posts that surround it. But listen to me: it is here to SERVE you.
In growth, however, there is always some breaking, some shedding, + some discomfort. So I’m here to give you MY best tips for navigating this upcoming eclipse season like a pro.
General message: Eclipse season is not about calling things in. It is about course correction.
Eclipses accelerate timelines. They reveal what has been hidden, dissolve what is no longer sustainable, + reroute us toward alignment even if that reroute feels inconvenient, emotional, or confusing at first.
They do not ask politely. They remove what is in the way. A no-nonsense astrological event.
This is why eclipse season often feels intense, emotional, destabilizing, or oddly quiet + foggy all at once. Things move fast, but clarity often comes later YAY.
The Energy of This Eclipse Season
This season opens with an Aquarius Solar Eclipse + closes with a Virgo Lunar Eclipse, which sets up a powerful combo of future vision versus daily reality.
Aquarius asks big questions about freedom, identity, community, + the future. Virgo asks us to get honest about our habits, health, work, + the systems that support our lives.
Together, this eclipse season highlights the tension between:
Who you are becoming
What your current routines + structures can realistically hold
This is not about blowing your life up but noticing where your life no longer supports the person you are evolving into.
Aquarius Solar Eclipse Themes
Solar eclipses begin new chapters, but not in a tidy, Pinterest-board way (oops sorry).
With Aquarius involved, expect:
Shifts around friendships, community, or online spaces
A desire for more authenticity + less performing
A sudden awareness that you have outgrown a role, label, or expectation
Disruptions that ultimately lead to more freedom
With this particular eclipse, you might see what needs to change before you fully feel ready to change it. That’s okay, baby!
This is not the time to decide exactly how the future will look but to notice what no longer fits.
Virgo (ayooo) Lunar Eclipse Themes
Lunar eclipses bring culminations, endings, + emotional release.
Virgo is about the body, health, daily rhythms, service, + perfectionism. This eclipse highlights where control, over-functioning, or self-criticism has gone too far (guilty).
You may notice:
Burnout signals becoming impossible to ignore
Emotional releases tied to productivity, body image, or caretaking roles
A need to simplify routines instead of optimizing them
Letting go of unrealistic standards you place on yourself
This eclipse is less about fixing and more about softening.
Why Eclipse Season Is Not for Specific Rituals (Including Manifestation)
Eclipse energy is unpredictable. When we manifest, we are trying to direct energy toward a specific outcome. Eclipses do the opposite. They override what we think we want in favor of what we need long-term.
Manifesting during eclipse season often leads to:
Outcomes that arrive in unexpected ways
Desires that quickly change once fulfilled
Lessons instead of rewards
Instead of manifesting specifics, focus on intention without attachment. Trust that what leaves is making room for something you cannot fully see yet. In fact, for this entire eclipse season, hold EVERYTHING with a loose hand + trust that the changes happening are for YOUR good.
What To Focus On Instead
Eclipse season is best used for:
Rest + nervous system regulation
Reflection without pressure for answers
Observing patterns instead of fixing them
Allowing endings to happen without forcing closure
Taking care of your physical body
Listening > Doing
Eclipse Season Do’s
Prioritize sleep, hydration, + grounding practices
Journal what is coming up without trying to solve it
Give yourself permission to pause big decisions (if poss)
Expect emotional waves + treat them gently
Let relationships + situations reveal themselves
Eclipse Season Don’ts
Do not force clarity
Do not rush to label things as good or bad
Do not initiate major commitments unless unavoidable
Do not overanalyze emotional reactions
Do not ignore your body’s signals
A Final Reminder
If something falls away during eclipse season, it is not because you failed to manifest correctly or didn’t do enough inner work. It is because that thing was never meant to carry you into the next chapter.
In one of my most memorable eclipse seasons, I experienced a completely unexpected best friend breakup + a heartbreaking move away from so much that I loved (with little challenges throughout). In the middle of it, I felt like I was taking hit after hit, barely having time to stand back up.
But in retrospect? I was being forced to grow, to bring MUCH more of my attention to where I was spending energy that wasn’t being reciprocated, + to get into the practice of embracing change.
And guess what? Not only am I grateful for it, but all of that shedding came RIGHT before some HUGE uplevels in my work life and achievements, new friendships, + unexpected opportunities to see the world.
Eclipse season asks for trust, presence, + care.
You do not need to make anything happen right now. Things are already moving.
Love you babies! Muah muah muah
