Suzy’s Official Holiday Gift Guide

I’ve spent HOURS on this and after asking my followers who they have the hardest time buying for AND considering who I need to buy for, I confidently feel that I’ve made a BANGER gift guide, my best one yet.

I do make commission from some of these purchases, so know that when you use my code to get a discount, you’re ALSO supporting my family. Some I just have discount codes for because I’m passionate about them and their businesses.

Have fun!

  1. Keepsake Frame If you’re new parents or have any little ones at home, grandparents EAT THIS UP! I made one for my mom and dad when Hawthorne was 3 months old and they still have it. Comes with a super easy to use clay for a handprint, footprint, and the tools to add a name.

  2. Hydroponics Garden Have you EVERY USED ONE OF THESE? I’m certain they’re a crowd pleaser because it brought me so much joy. Perfect for the parents who love cooking, live in cold areas (and can’t garden) or are notorious for killing plants. This is practically foolproof, super easy.

  3. Ullo Wine Purifier Set (+ you’ll also need to buy this with it): Buy BOTH of these if there is a parent who enjoys wine. I got these before my wedding. The technology removes sulfites (which mess with the taste and largely impact hangovers) and histamines. The wine you get is PURE! The Purifier is a one-time purchase and then the filters will need to be replenished (though I think each is good for one bottle). No regrets. Still use it.

  4. Family Celebrations Sign My mother in law has this and I think it’s so sweet, especially for those with large families! This is how she easily keeps tabs on her kids’ (and grandkids’) wedding anniversaries as well as the myriad of grandchild (and great-grandchild) birthdays.

  5. Sur La table cooking class date night Sometimes the parents in our lives just have a ton of STUFF. You don’t want to add another cute coffee mug, sweet photo album of your family, wall hanging, or a millionth robe. But what you CAN do? Gift them the experience of a cooking class date night at a local Sur La Table (or any other places nearby). HOW CUTE!

  6. evanhealy Body Oil Flight Ideal for the in-law you don’t quite know so well. evanhealy’s products are all plant-based and regeneratively grown and who doesn’t love body oils to luxuriate themselves?! Use code WOOWOO15

  7. Wyld Notes Discovery Set Ideal for the non-toxic babe or the luxury babe. Wyld Notes is COMPLETELY clean perfume. How? Plant oils and organic sugarcane alcohol. A gift set of sample perfumes is fun, cost effective, and gives the recipient something fun and new to try every day. Use code SUZY10

  1. Dinosaur Play-Doh Set Hawthorne received this from my mom for his birthday and he was INSTANTLY obsessed. You get a box to hold everything (to keep away from the dogs or bring on trips) and play doh to mold different dinos. Not to mention tools to practice fine motor skills.

  2. Wooden Train Set Might take a bit to set up but will keep a little one entertained for a while. It’s on Hawthorne’s Christmas list.

  3. Screwdriver Board Set My sonw as going into the garage and grabbing screwdrivers and pretending to fix toilets, chairs, tables, etc. I decided to get him this. It helps!

  4. Tool Set with Drill Next on Hawthorne’s list since he’ll be able to ACTUALLY do stuff. Great for the kid who likes to have a purpose or copy another builder/fixer in the house.

  5. Wood Building Blocks I know I know. Boooooring! But dude, these blocks keep kids entertained FOREVER. I took Hawthorne (take a shot every time I mention my son) to a birthday party and the intensity with which he was trying to stack blocks on top of each other was astounding. When it fell, he just started again. Imagine if I could have that attention kept at home!

  6. Binoculars Simple and great as a stocking stuffer or for a kid you don’t know really well. It’s amazing how AMAZING they think these things are when they first use them. Hawthorne was so obsessed after we found a pair at an airbnb that he started using any cylindrical object he could find to pretend they were binoculars until we ACTUALLY got him these.

I don’t have a daughter BUT I asked my friends with daughters for gift winners and here they are. Children are between the ages of 2 and 7.

  1. Remote Control Car “They loved these - both girls ended up breaking theirs but I truly think that speaks more about my children than the quality of the toy

  2. Karaoke Machine “Also this- they carry this around with them in their little mini back packs and just sing their hearts out - traveling karaoke”

  3. Instant Print Camera “They are obsessed with these. Huge sparks of joy last Christmas when opening those”

And read more about what flower remedies are HERE.

  5. Science of Essentials Recipe Books Essential oils babe? 6. Ancestral Apothecary Seed Chest On MY OWN Christmas list. A former student sent me this seed chest on isntagram a few months ago and I was astounded. It comes with 40 varieties of seeds for healing and remedy work, how to grow them, and how to use them.

  7. Wild Remedies Playing Cards SO SWEET! I have these and while I don’t play cards, I simply found them fun and informative. Each card features a beautiful illustration of an herb and what it can be used for. Great for learning while you play cards IF you play, or using as flashcards if you want to up your herbalism knowledge.

My love language is words of affirmation. My gifts are mediocre at best.

I’m gifting little versions of these to everyone I know!” and you become a star. Trust me. I’ve been getting these buckets for 5 years.

As a former teacher, you can trust me

  1. Maker Canned Wine Box First of all, your teachers want to relax. Obviously. It’s a CONSTANT job with immense emotional output. And these wines not only are delicious, but are from a small-women owned company. A code should be automatically applied when you use the link above.

  2. Stress Away Roll-On Cedarwood. Lime. Vanilla. Copaiba. It smells like vacation in a bottle. I kept this in my drawer for those tough days when my students needed to look me in the eyes and say “Ms. Dean, take a deep breath with me.” Truly a tool for the classroom that keeps on giving. Use code SHAREYL at checkout if it’s your first purchase with Young Living + when paired with the Charcoal Face Mask below.

  3. Gift Card + Handwritten Note It’s simple, but I got SO much joy when my kids brought me Starbucks gift cards. I believe I still have kept all of mine (though most of them are in email format).
